What to expect:

At The Observatory, we understand that visiting a new dental practice for the first time can sometimes feel daunting.
That’s why we set aside a full hour for your first appointment – enough time for us to get to know you, understand your concerns, and carry out a thorough dental health assessment.
During this visit, we’ll perform a clinical examination, take a full set of X-rays and images, and discuss your dental health in detail.
If your teeth are in good shape, we’ll introduce you to one of our Patient Care Plans, helping protect you against unexpected treatment costs. If treatment is required, we’ll create a clear, step-by-step plan to get your smile healthy, functional, and confident.

I have in the past been a bit of an anxious patient, however Yana is very calming and reassuring making me feel at ease, she is also very gentle and thorough and has also given me great advice on home care.
